Manager is massively supportive of work-life balance, and team members are friendly.
A great insight into the Solutions Architect role, which is not regularly available to uni students/fresh graduates.
There was a healthy sense of competitiveness: the team focuses strongly on customers and supports one another's growth and professional development.
Cons: The company is huge. Communications between teams can be frustrating at times.
Work arrangement is flexible, but being surrounded by highly competent and productive team members will make you want to overwork.
