Pros: I get the freedom to think outside the box and innovate for customers without being bound by undue process. I feel like I am trusted, and once I abide by our leadership principles, I can make decisions in a timely manner without having to jump through hoops of bureaucracy. Lastly, I work with some incredible people. Every day I learn from the people around me, and this is the most rewarding part of working for Amazon.

Cons: I don't really have any, not a con big enough to talk about as a detractor. There are definitely some minor frustrations, as with every company, but you get on with things and do what's right for customers.

Pros: Really supportive management and team. Clear 3-month training program called Embark for new joiners. Impressed with how well everyone works together – very clear and direct communication. Haven't experienced any politics yet! Endless training opportunities. Good compensation.

Cons: - No major ones so far. - Pension match could be better when compared to other tech/banking/consulting players (up to 5% currently).
