I couldn't find any, but a decision had to be taken by the company due to employees being asked to leave as part of a yearly optimization effort. This could have been avoided if planned well and the situation had been foreseen.
Compensation is a larger part, with stock options and bonuses given for the first two years only. Hence, the stock is performing really badly, so the overall package is going down over the years.
