At AWS, working with latest generation technologies is a given. I do not need to worry about getting stuck with legacy systems. Data-driven decision-making, customer obsession, and the expectation to take ownership really work for me.
Onboarding during COVID-19 using remote-only tools has slowed down my ability to feel like I have arrived.
An organization only does well that which the boss checks up on. Make sure people manage their work/life balance when working remotely.
