- Very high compensation compared to other "non-tech" companies.
- Decent benefits (healthcare, vision, dental, etc.).
- My team/department is all very friendly and willing to help each other out, and they get along very well.
- Lots of opportunities to grow or move around if you want.
- Good work/life balance (at least for my team).
- Not a lot of time off (vacation, PTO, sick days, holidays) compared to a lot of other places, especially in the first year.
- On-call weeks, but not too bad depending on how many people are on rotation.
