Big company, huge scale of data, lots of resources if you have the bandwidth to learn.
Nobody to guide you. You are either fulfilling expectations or not (no benchmark, all impression-based). And if you are not, prepare to look for a different job next year.
Nourish your workforce. Don't treat them as toilet paper, since they will treat you the same way when they have options.
