Very high salary for comparatively low effort (for me)
My salary went down after relocating to another country, but it was still very high compared to the average pay for my position and experience in other companies (I think about +40%). The work I was doing was on a front-end mobile app, and I feel like the work was good overall, even became "easy" after a year.
The build system was quite slow. The on-call standards are a bit tough, adding stress and distractions. The need to work with dozens of different teams in different timezones seriously slowed down development now and then. The product I worked on was not very exciting; I wasn't attached. A lot of company standards/protocols make development harder, including older dependencies and difficulty using third-party FOSS stuff.
