If I had to say one thing, it would be that people tend to move a lot between departments, and there's a lot of new people because of the growth. So, some things can sometimes get lost in the process.

The test is demanding for interns, but it is a valuable learning opportunity. I noticed strengths and weaknesses and recognize the importance of continuous improvement to reach the next stage.
