It's a good company to work for. It's a very fast-building environment with lots to learn. All the teams have a start-up type environment. You need very strong leadership principles, and everyone is willing to help.
Work-life balance is a little screwed up.
I have been coming to work over the weekends sometimes.
You are thrown into a pool of ambiguity, and you have to figure things out for yourself; no training is given.
