Good place to work for a limited amount of time
Very smart people on my team with a lot of experience and a helpful disposition. I've had few issues with work/life balance.
Career growth seems limited in this big, bureaucratic corporation. Changing teams is not as easy as it seems.
Be more transparent about personal performance and career growth.
