Pros

Fair compensation, tuition reimbursement, and straight shifts are provided. They buy everyone lunch or have BBQs and celebrations frequently to celebrate exceeding production goals.

Cons

While producing milk products is the goal, the mid-level managers compete to get the most units produced on their shift and disregard safety, cleanliness, and quality.

This results in customer complaints, huge waste of materials, product, and money.

Then they want heads to roll, so they fire an hourly worker or entry-level employee, pat themselves on the back, and continue to flout cGMPs, FDA guidelines, and generally ignore machine and facility hygiene.

Advice to Management

The reason all the good workers flee is because there are standards that aren't being followed, and no one knows what changes or exceptions to expect from day to day. Rather than constantly threatening to terminate people, TRAIN THEM!

Two alchemy modules a month are insufficient.
