Reliability Engineer
1. Interview with HR 2. Interview with the hiring manager 3. Interview with five different people (45 minutes each) from Amazon, focusing on questions about the 14 Leadership Principles of Amazon.
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
I applied through college or university. In-depth explanation for projects and experience. I had 3 rounds on the same day with a half-hour break for all 3 rounds in between. DSA coding for each round 30 mins and leadership principles 30 mins.
Sr. Automation Engineer
I am at the beginning of the process. For some reason they post base salary, signing bonus, and stock as a total, which makes the number competitive. I will have an interview with the hiring manager if my score is good.
