Pay, interesting work, coworkers, and tech.
Upper management is very brutal.
Asked a few LP questions. Lot of deep dive on those. 30 minutes for coding. 1 basic question to just check if I knew how to think about and solve ambiguous problems.
Standard OA, LC medium-hard questions, and relatively easy system design/work culture questions. The recruiter ghosted me due to a hiring freeze after a positive response from the OA, and failed to respond to follow-up emails.
After going through a bizarre questionnaire, you get sent an email to schedule an interview if they like your answers. From there, it's pretty standard interviewing practices. Unfortunately, they canceled my interview right after we scheduled it.
