Cons

-Staggering pace of growth can sometimes mean late nights, but in my experience, this has been minimal. -Cubicles rather than enclosed offices. -Many new employees don't have personal desks because of the rapid expansion. -Conference rooms and other group resources are often contested.

Advice to Management

Predict upcoming scale challenges with maintaining robots as we continue to ship unprecedented numbers of units, so that we can forestall any situation that would make us into a maintenance company instead of an R&D organization.
