Good place to work, depending on your team
As a developer, I felt that I had a lot of trust from my manager. As long as I was getting my work done on time, he wouldn't micromanage me. Fully remote work is allowed, which was a plus. And the people I worked with were all very capable and kind.
Amazon is a huge company, so experiences vary widely between different teams. I've heard some pretty bad stories from other parts of the company, but most people that I talked to didn't have those bad experiences.
