A great place to work with lots of opportunities
I am a fresher and this is my first job. My team is extremely supportive, and my manager works with me for my growth.
I get design, good coding tasks, and operational tasks. It's a mixed bag of everything. You also get to explore other fields if you want, and team switching is easy.
- Too much frugality in the office culture.
- No free food.
- Can get hectic depending on the team.
- Some teams have horrible Ops load.
