- Awesome, intelligent, curious, chill people.
- Great management; the company is well-organized and streamlined.
- The company is really product and customer-centric; they care about what they do.
- Nice campus.
- They are very frugal and thus don't give away cool employee benefits, e.g., no free Amazon Prime.
Give perks (in lieu of pay, if you must). People will like it.
