Good Team, Sometimes Boring Tasks
My team and manager are great, very understanding, and have a reasonable workload. The projects are relatively interesting.
Can get stuck doing boring/drone work that won’t help your development as much (not always).
If you get out on the wrong team, I’ve heard/seen it can be a nightmare work-load wise.
