Long initial assessment, then long video interview. Both about 3 hours each, both pretty difficult. Process was overall pretty quick as it was just two stages, it was a lot of technical questions and a lot of questions about leadership principles.

We got to discuss our approach before starting to write the code. Once the interviewer is satisfied with the approach, you may proceed to code. It was a pretty good experience.

Online 3-part assessment which consisted of: * A fixing bugs section * A coding challenge section * A work simulation section After passing those rounds, you get a final round interview.
