Always learning new things. If you land on a team with a good manager and relatively reasonable work-life balance, it's a great place to grow your career and work on interesting projects.
Very hierarchical leadership.
Fast deadlines and a rushed pace lead to sometimes sloppy work.
Really large L5 band makes it hard to get promoted to Senior.
