There is always something to learn.
- Busy on-call
- Lots of interruptions
- Sacrificing long-term stability of the service for short-term wins, only to have a horrible on-call and operational side.
- Getting anxiety attacks often because I don't do overtime, so I never manage to be on track with my tasks.
- I couldn't have this job if I had a child.
View employees as persons desiring work-life balance, not just as persons hungry for money and status.
