You work with awesome people. You cover a lot of territory and end up taking on a lot of responsibility. This works great for some people. Personally, I love it. The expectations are high, so there's pressure and some stress, but it's the best place to learn and grow your skills.
The pay is awesome. Time off is meh. Health coverage is pretty good.
