- Nice package with a huge joining bonus.

- Hectic on calls.
- The RSU vesting cycle is the worst. 80% of the stocks will start vesting during the 3rd and 4th year.
- Tight deadlines and all tasks are critical.
- Need to work a minimum of 12 hours to finish the tasks assigned.
- People in my team never sleep. Everyone is online until 2 AM.
Please treat employees as human, not as robots.
