Interesting work and growth opportunities, but high ops load and no WFH support in the long term
Great managers, great opportunities to work on interesting things.
Clear path for career progression.
Stock awards based on annual performance. Contributions are generally noticed and rewarded.
Heavily siloed into particular areas, a high ops burden makes projects drag on for years instead of months. There is not enough time spent on R&D work. The "office-centric company" culture will probably make me jump ship, as I've had my best year ever working remotely.
Figure out how to make WFH work before you lose your best and brightest...
