Highly customer-focused. Work done by each individual has immediate and positive impact on the customer. Teaches you to be independent and adapt fast to changing requirements.

Cons

Too much technical debt due to a focus on delivering features over reducing operational burden. On-call duties can sometimes interfere with personal life.

Advice to Management

There should be push from the top down to handle the operational load. Teams should be given time to address technical debt and control operational burden.
