Hot job market, but Amazon refused to pay a rise
Some good engineers, but mostly those I know are leaving for a better life and a better salary.
Bad management. Bad new engineers with huge pay.
Increase pay for senior engineers who spent years learning all the internal tools.
New engineers will take 2-3 years to learn them. If all experienced engineers leave, it would be tough, wouldn't it?
