Very good work experience. You can work on whatever you want, and there are a broad spectrum of teams available.
You can only travel if you're an L4 SDE-2. Manager rotations can ruin your promotion. Salary is 20% less than Google or Facebook.
Keep promotions irrespective of managers, allow for easier cross-team movement.
