Pros
  • Exposure to some really cool technologies.
  • Very few useless meetings.
  • Open-concept office space (some dislike this).
  • Very lean company--there is little dead weight. You feel like everyone is doing their job. (also a con).
  • Work from home policy.
Cons

Very lean company. Everyone seems to be working hard all the time; burnout seems to hit within 5 years of starting.

Compensation is not competitive with other tech companies of this size, especially considering there are no perks.

On-call shifts for certain teams.

Advice to Management

Give better perks and pay for employees. Frugality is a great corporate principle, but not when applied to employees.
