Interesting work, high burnout, mediocre compensation/perks
- Exposure to some really cool technologies.
- Very few useless meetings.
- Open-concept office space (some dislike this).
- Very lean company--there is little dead weight. You feel like everyone is doing their job. (also a con).
- Work from home policy.
Very lean company. Everyone seems to be working hard all the time; burnout seems to hit within 5 years of starting.
Compensation is not competitive with other tech companies of this size, especially considering there are no perks.
On-call shifts for certain teams.
Give better perks and pay for employees. Frugality is a great corporate principle, but not when applied to employees.
