Not that flexible work arrangements. Benefits are not great. The 'work hard, have fun, make history' is largely missing.
My advice to Jeff Bezos? Hahaha, he is clearly above and beyond mere mortals. Amazon's corporate structure is so big and complex that I don't even know who owns what under Jeff.
