Pros

You get to work with some really smart people. The company's culture and values (Leadership Principles) are not just lip-service. A lot of business processes help improve me as an employee. Decisions are data-driven.

Cons

The stack racking process is archaic and forces people to be potentially penalized for good work. Depending on the team you join, work/life balance can be tough.

Advice to Management
  • Introduce more benefits to bring the workplace in line with other companies.
  • Get rid of stack racking.
