First, I spoke to a recruiter. I was sent an online assessment, which I passed. Then, I did a virtual interview. I felt I did well in the interview, but I didn't pass. I believe I failed due to a cultural match issue rather than technical abilities.

The interview was difficult and uncomfortable. The interviewer seemed uninterested from the beginning and threw me off. They did not ask any behavioral or resume-related questions, and went straight to the coding portion.

OA, then 3 rounds. 2 LC, 1 Leadership. The OA was multiple parts, like a "day in the life" as an SWE at Amazon, dealing with technical as well as normal work problems using their interface. Then a LeetCode part.
