First, I spoke to a recruiter. I was sent an online assessment, which I passed. Then, I did a virtual interview. I felt I did well in the interview, but I didn't pass. I believe I failed due to a cultural match issue rather than technical abilities.

I applied through college or university. Interview process included 2 questions of data structures and algorithms which were around the level of a leetcode medium problem and then a long personality test which tests your alignment with amazon

I was good and enthusiastic during the interview. I was a little nervous, but my interviewer told me to relax. I think this is a good way of communicating further, but I didn't get selected.
