Good work-life balance and fewer meetings.
Less money, on-call time, too many unskilled people.
Hard interview process with many rounds. The coding questions were fair, focusing on data structures and algorithms, but they didn’t align well with the job requirements. Candidates could code in any language and were asked to explain their thought
Applied in January, OA in February, and the final interview was in June. About half of the final interview (90 minutes) was on leadership principles. I was given two LeetCode questions, both were slight variations of Amazon-tagged questions on Leet
Online assessment followed by three rounds. 1st was a LeetCode-style assessment with two questions. 2nd was a behavioral/design interview with the hiring manager. 3rd was project-focused with a bar raiser, along with some behavioral questions.
