You get to work on amazing products at a scale very few will ever get to see. You will get good at interviewing. People follow the Amazon Leadership Principles, and that’s a very good thing!
Long hours and unrealistic goals. It can feel like a machine. The company treats future hires better than existing staff.
At times, it feels like a popularity contest.
People don’t last long. It gets old watching amazing people leave.
