The company needs unified global reporting and processes in place and to stop being so 'scrappy' to better compete, especially as the competitive landscape continues to become more demanding, rather than using the 'day 1 approach' as an excuse. Otherwise, competitors that have more mature processes and compete wisely will continue to steal market share while Amazon continues to struggle to get out of its own way.
