Process

I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn.

He passed my resume to another recruiter, who then asked me for a phone interview within the ATG group.

The recruiter did not share the job description (since there was none, apparently!). He asked me to schedule the phone interview and talk to the hiring manager to learn more details.

I scheduled the interview and, on the call, I found a group of managers on the other end. It was a panel interview – shocking!

They asked me questions one by one without disclosing the job description.

Then, they invited me for an onsite interview (though the phone interview had not gone that great) and scheduled just two rounds.

They asked about my experience in one round and a coding question in the other.

I felt the onsite interview went great, but I received a rejection.

Transparency was missing throughout the entire process.
