The recruiter responsible for the interview could not answer any of my questions about the company, despite asking me questions about my own interests.
They also had a severe attitude problem.
I ghosted the company because if that's the face they put forward, it's not worth my time.

Pros: Great people for the most part. Interesting products and projects. Decent work-life balance.
Cons: Compensation is usually below industry rates. It's common to constantly lose the best people on your team to other companies. Promotions can be pretty slow.
