Pros: Use the latest industry standards, methodologies, processes, and tools.
Very smart people. It's a bit more of a mixed bag after the last exodus, but the senior engineers are very smart people.
Cons: Don't expect a big bonus or the best-in-class salary.
Don't expect people to ooh and aah when you tell them where you work.
Rory Read is a "love him or hate him" kind of guy.
You have to push to get promoted, early and often.
