The working environment at AMD is very friendly. Everyone, including my boss, are very nice and chill people. They are supportive and don't mind helping out when I encounter problems. My boss is not pushy, but we could still get work done with high quality. I am very glad to work on real projects during my time there, and hopefully to see them in the market later!
If you are looking for an intensive working environment where everyone is completely focused, it may not be the place for you. But if you are seeking a good work-life balance while working on projects that could make an impact in the industry, it is a great place to be.
