Underpaid, not much growth
It's AMD! I loved getting in and enjoyed a couple of years.
They don't have steady growth across different groups, and management really doesn't care about frustrated employees. Many good talents were lost.
You need to make sure that talent is normalized across groups, and compensation and job titles are normalized as well.
