Market leader currently (2022), with great top-of-industry technologies and collaborations. Stock options are good, as the stock is a growth stock now.
No OT pay, but OT is unavoidable in this industry. May have to work early morning or late night as HQ is in the US, especially if it involves US teams.
AMD used to be poor 7-8 years ago, but the company is super rich now with a lot of growth opportunities. The management policies, including procurement, pay package, and work budgets, have to match.
