Great place to think outside the box.
Good company culture, and you feel proud of your work.
Teammates really work with you towards a common goal.
Many groups are understaffed, requiring longer hours than other companies. Pay is also less competitive versus similar companies.
Given the great recent success, open up the door to hiring more so that folks can properly balance work/life.
