Compensation is very good. I'm working with new technology, and there's lots of interesting work. Flex time is available. There's surprisingly little hierarchy for such a large company. There are opportunities to present ideas and work to upper management.
People can be shy and don't make the workplace fun. Plenty of overtime for at least 3 months of the year. Financially unstable company with a slightly unclear future.
