A good work environment and some nice and talented people that you get to work with is something that I have always liked about working at AMD.
Career opportunities are very limited, and there is almost no appreciation for good work. The level of compensation compared to other companies in the industry and even other locations of AMD is terrible. I have had very little or no raises over the last 3 years, and the company just reduced salaries of all full-time employees by 10%.
