Co-workers are nice and friendly. Work hours are reasonable. You learn a lot of new skills in a short time. There is standard medical insurance and secure insurance.
The salary is not great compared to other companies in the Bay Area. We do not have free meals for lunch. The bonus is relatively small compared to other companies.
Actually, I am happy with the current management. I work in a team with 7 people. Every week, we have a meeting inside the group or with people from other departments in the company. We have time to focus on our own work, and we communicate every week.
