What a great, iconic place to come to work for. You work hard here, but you learn a lot. Then, make sure you get what you need to do your job.
You have to fight tooth and nail to get a promotion or a raise here. If you're talented, it's possible, but you quickly get behind new people hired in. I was here for the dark days, and I'm almost penalized for it.
Reward the people who were at the company that brought it back. They are the reason we are still here.
