Product Development Engineer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process

I had two rounds of phone interviews and was then selected for an onsite interview.

I was scheduled to meet with eight people, each for an hour of the day; it was exhausting.

The interview process went smoothly, but afterwards, they took an excessive amount of time to let me know the results.

Overall, the HR department did a very poor job, as they kept delaying the results and wouldn't provide them.
