Process

I submitted my resume at my university career fair and was called for a face-to-face interview the next day.

The interview was fairly informal. It was more of a conversation to evaluate my interests.

After about 2 weeks, I got a call for an on-site interview.

The on-site interview consisted of 4 parts:

  • The first part was a behavioral interview.
  • The second part was a panel interview and was purely technical. It involved questions about data structures, algorithms, Javascript concepts, multithreading in Java, and about my resume.
  • The third part was an informal conversation along with the previous IT Adepts. We could ask questions about the job, benefits, etc.
  • The last part was a written coding test. The test contained about 4-5 coding questions.
