Process
Two interviews: one pretty lightweight, standard phone screen, and one brutal face-to-face. The face-to-face interview was with five people ranging from senior management to several architects, all firing questions at you. I believe it was partly a test to see how one would handle pressure. Overall, it was fair but very tough.
