Pay is OK. OT is good. Training is good. Looks good on a resume. People are good as a whole. AE easy to get into.
The company treats you as if you are lucky to work for them. Expect the company to be first in your life. Management treats employees as a number. Flight benefits are not as good as other carriers and are hard to use at most times of the year. Poor union; would vote out and would love to work in a non-union shop.
At least try to treat us fairly. We are held accountable for all our responsibilities. Management and HR depts' errors seem to be no big deal, even when they have a large effect on employees.
